Meet some of the members on our team, from across the globe, who reside in India.  Our team represents more than 100 years of combined experience in diverse fields relating to communications training and business.  From the trainers and auditors on location, to the developers and support staff in the office, Campbell White comprises the single most international team on the indian subcontinent.

Chuck Baker
Managing Director, Bangalore

Chuck Baker drives Campbell White as its new Managing Director and Head Training Consultant.  His passion is helping people find their core strengths in leadership and communication.  He has been involved in training leaders as well as leading teams for over 20 years.  His long-term experience training has birthed a desire to perfect methodology and delivery while implementing industry best training models.  Chuck is truly a leader as he has mentored and produced successful leaders across Southern California where he spent most of his career training.

Chuck Baker has traveled the world training and mentoring in such countries as Malaysia, South Africa and Mexico.

Anne Manning B.Sc (N), M.A (Mgmt)
Executive Training Manager, Mumbai

Anne is a Double Graduate as well as a Post Graduate in Organizational Leadership  Management   She serves as our Training Manager based in Mumbai, with more than 15 years of experience Training at various levels, from new recruits to managers.  Anne is a Certified Trainer with IBM, Zenta, Arvato, EDS, ICICI, Birla Soft, Intelenet Global Services, Global Respondez, HPCL and JP Morgan Chase. She also trained Medical Transcriptionists for Delta Mediscribe.  She has been a resource person for Development Associates International, USA and CFAC, Australia.  Her areas of expertise range from Speech and Language Refinement at the level of New Recruits for BPOs to Managerial Soft Skills at the Corporate level.  Besides assessing and deploying in-house or on-site training, Anne also takes part in Content Development and Train the Trainer Programs.

Born and raised in India by British family, Anne has immense insight into the cultural underpinnings of the Indian culture making her skills invaluable to our course development and consulting processes.

Shreekar Prabhu
Account Manager & Training Consultant, Mumbai

Shreekar is our Account Manager & Training Consultant in Mumbai. Over the past 7 years, he has been a part of the ITES industry and has held various positions from Customer Service Representative through an Assistant Manager, Operations. He has a vast experience in the various BPO operations ranging from captive processes to third party servicing. Besides operations, he is also Train The Trainer certified and has experience in conducting process training for New Hires. This combined experience enables him to assess exact training needs, customize training modules and recommend specialized Campbell White training to match the exact customer requirement.

Chris Vinod
Soft Skills & Protocol Trainer, Bangalore

Chris is a certified and experienced Indian trainer with a lively personality.  Able to speak in an Indian accent and switch immediately to a Texas twang in a split second.  He is an influential and effecting communicator.  Chris is a living example of a trainability at its best as he has been a prodigy of the Campbell White methodology for over 3 years.  Chris was taken onto the Campbell White team already possessing a training background, then groomed as a Soft Skill, Personality, Culture and Communication trainer with the Campbell White team and inspiration to back him.

Louie Lobato

Leadership Trainer, English Trainer & Protocol Consultant, Bangalore

Louie has completed four years of liberal arts studies (as major) out of Northern Arizona University. During which time has been certified by the state of Arizona to teach English, American Literature, and Social studies grades 7-12. He has went on to complete degree in interior/exterior structural design. He has 5 years experience on the field development including projects The Venetian, Bellagio, Monte Carlo, and City Center Las Vegas.  His schooling and professional work/travel experience have afforded him a refined knowledge of international etiquette.  For the last two and half years he has been teaching English grammar, Accent neutralization and International/American culture in Bangalore India.

Richard Carter

Leadership Trainer & English Trainer, Hyderabad

Richard has been a leader and trainer for over a decade.  His training delivery style is unique and effecgive. Serving also in Quality Assurance, Richard’s attention to detail serves as an asset to Campbell Whites process structure.  Richard is committed to assuring Campbell White’s product remains on the cutting edge of ISD training systems. He is a former U.S. Army Officer, educated at the U.S. Army Academy at West Point, New York.  After leaving the Army, he went on to run his own successful Construction Company. He brings his high standard of business excellence to every Campbell White customer.

Fritz Helg

Leadership Trainer & Protocol Consultant

Fritz Helg is a native New Zealander with a rich background in communication, culture and leadership.  He has worked as a successful PR and Marketing agent touring New Zealand, Motivational speaker in the sports and entertainment industry as well as training in communication and creative writing.  Fritz served 8 years in the Promotions industry, 12 years in Event Management Seminars, Conferences and has served as a successful Manager and Business analyst for FOREX.  Fritz migrated to Australia, acquired citizenship before transitioning to India for protocol consulting and training with Campbell White.  He has stationed himself in India now for over 1 year.  Fritz is a dynamic speaker and audience engager apt to train most any module in the Campbell White curriculum.

Kerri Grabowska
Training Developer

Kerri is an English educator with extensive experience in developing training curriculums.  Her contribution to the development of our modules and syllabus is integral to its overall value.  Her English training development is influenced by her in-depth understanding of the Ann Cooke Method which flavors the Campbell White teaching style.  Kerri contributes endless hours of research and development and is a key facet of the origin and continued success of the english training program.
