Meet some of the members on our team, from across the globe, who reside in India.  Our staff represent more than 100 years of combined experience in diverse fields relating to communications training and business.  From the Trainers and Auditors on location, to the Developers and Support Staff in the office, Campbell White comprises professional communicators with international experience.

Daniel Rubianes MCSA, A+
Managing Director, Bangalore

Dan serves as the Managing Director of Campbell White India.  With a formal education in Communication Arts, Information Systems and Management, combined with a career of 11 years in Information Technology, Dan focuses on driving CW’s growth and developing the next generation of International Indian Business leaders.  Dan has worked directly with leading companies such as HP, EDS, General Dynamics, and The Vanguard Group.  Dan studied Communication Arts at Iona College in New Rochelle, New York and Information Technology at Chandler-Gilbert Community College in Chandler, AZ.

Dan, a native New Yorker, and his family have now resided in and traveled across India and Asia for a total of 7 years, in which time he has accumulated the knowledge, cultural insight and contact to help any corporate head or team succeed doing business in India.

Anne Manning B.Sc (N), M.A (Mgmt)
Executive Training Manager, Mumbai

Anne is a Double Graduate as well as a Post Graduate in Organizational Leadership  Management   She serves as our Training Manager based in Mumbai, with more than 15 years of experience Training at various levels, from new recruits to managers.  Anne is a Certified Trainer with IBM, Zenta, Arvato, EDS, ICICI, Birla Soft, Intelenet Global Services, Global Respondez, HPCL and JP Morgan Chase. She also trained Medical Transcriptionists for Delta Mediscribe.  She has been a resource person for Development Associates International, USA and CFAC, Australia.  Her areas of expertise range from Speech and Language Refinement at the level of New Recruits for BPOs to Managerial Soft Skills at the Corporate level.  Besides assessing and deploying in-house or on-site training, Anne also takes part in Content Development and Train the Trainer Programs.

Born and raised in India by British family, Anne has immense insight into the cultural underpinnings of the Indian culture making her skills invaluable to our course development and consulting processes.

Kenneth Haywood
General Manager, Mumbai

Ken serving as our General Manager and Training consultant in Mumbai, has more than 20 years of experience in Corporate Training, and has held senior positions with Fortune 500 companies throughout that time.  Ken’s background is in the Real Estate Law and Information Services Industry. He has worked extensively with business leaders, advocates, and training personnel since the mid 1980s.  He completed courses of study in Civil Engineering, Real Estate Law, Business Communications, Conflict Resolution, and Advanced Professional Training.

Ken has been training and consulting in India for over 10 years with First American Title and Campbell White granting a wealth of know-how and strategies to transition any company’s processes successfully & profitably to India.

Aaron Wendt – RN  (ENA, ENPC, ACLS, TNCC)
Manager, Medical Division, Mumbai

Aaron is the Medical KPO Manager in Mumbai.  He lends his vast insight of medical process and terminology into our Medical process transitions and training.  In the past 12 years, he has held various positions within the Medical field from Trauma and Emergency Care to Nursing Supervisor at various medical facilities in the US.  He also has expertise in Public Speaking and Management and is an asset to Campbell White in the area of increasing the demand for soft-skills training in Medical BPOs across India.

Jonathan Heimberg
Training Presentation Designer, Bangalore

Jonathan is Campbell White’s Training Presentation Designer. Working with our trainers and clients to develop and customize our training packages, he is responsible for keeping our training up to date and future-focused.  Jonathan’s brings several years of experience with the Learn Key Corporation, which trains and certifies industry leaders in diverse Software Information and Database Technologies, as well as personalized training in technical and communications fields.

Richard Carter
General Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Hyderabad

Richard is Campbell White’s General Manager and Quality Assurance Manager, Hyderabad. Richard’s attention to detail is what makes him the very best for this position.  Richard is committed to assuring Campbell White’s product remains on the cutting edge of leading the Soft Skills Industry. Richard is a former U.S. Army Officer, educated at the U.S. Army Academy at West Point, New York. After leaving the Army, he went on to run his own successful Construction Company. He brings his high standard of business excellence to every Campbell White customer.

Jennifer Heimberg
Manager for International Protocol, Bangalore

Jennifer is Campbell White’s Manager for International Protocol. She brings her international experience to Campbell White. She is an experienced English Educator with cultural experience in the US, as well as in the African nation of Kenya.  Jennifer’s knowledge of International Customs, and her fierce determination to help the customer to the peak of success is an asset to every Campbell White client.

Kerri Grabowska
Training Developer

Kerri is an English educator with extensive experience in developing training curriculums.  Her contribution to the development of our modules and syllabus is integral to its overall value.  Her English training development is influenced by her in-depth understanding of the Ann Cooke Method which flavors the Campbell White teaching style.  Kerri contributes endless hours of research and development and is a key facet of the origin and continued success of the english training program.

Monica Rubianes
English Training & Protocol Consultant

Monica is a dynamic English Grammar and US Protocol Trainer born and raised in Arizona who adds her unique multicultural experience to the Campbell White team.  Her methodology is complimented by experience both in home school education and English classroom teaching, making her approach nimble and effective.  Monica also serves in Campbell White’s human resources and recruitment process .   Monica studied HR and payroll and has a medical graduate degree from Apollo College, Mesa Arizona.

Monica’s 7 years of training and traveling throughout the Asian subcontinent has built up her deep understanding of the cultural perspectives, mother tongue influences and various nuances which make her a vital asset to the Campbell White methodology.
